| The English Bulldogge originated in England in the early part of 1700 or before. They were bred to participate in blood sports like bull baiting and bear baiting. England passed a law that prohibited bullbaiting. These dogs became nearly extinct. Today's Olde English Bulldogges is a recreation being part English Bulldog, American Bulldog, Pit Bull and Mastiff. The goal is to produce a genetically healthier Bulldogge. They should be free beathers, free breeders, and free whelpers. | At Rising Star , I take pride in my Bulldogges. My dogs and puppies are raised in my home and no longer in a kennel environment. My dogs are closely monitored by my vet. Breeding OEB's is a passion, a hobby, and a challenge. I want to provide you, the new family, with the BEST puppy/dog possible, a dog that can be trusted with your kids, that will be healthy, and one that will be part of your family for years to come. There are many good OEB breeders out there and the good ones all strive for the same thing HEALTHY DOGS.
